Delta Inflight

Thu Feb 11, 2010 8:12 pm

Fellow Anetters I need some information. I am thinking about taking a Delta leg from LAS to MKE and was wondering what inflight amenities you get such as a movie or radio?

Any help would be great.

What city would you be connecting in? That would make some difference for amenities such as IFE in most cases.

Food in coach would be free biscoffs/peanuts/pretzels. Buy on board will be on the longer flights.

We will connect in MSP. I want my son to ride the diesel 9 yet before they are retired. I wanted to know about movies etc.. I believe that they will be old NWA metal and crews.

MSP-LAS sees a mix of A320s, 757-200s and 757-300s. The A320s and (former NW) 757-200s all have no form of IFE - no movies/wi-fi/music - it's bring your own. The 757-300s do have movies and music available that would be shown.

Crews will start to be mixed in March/April - the 757s will be the first type to get integrated, so it would be possible that one (or both) flight deck crews would be pre-merger Delta. F/As will either be all-PMDL or PMNW, likely PMNW due to the MSP base (they can't combine bases yet until representation is resolved).

I am trying to avoid my computer that weekend. It is all about the kids and Margaritaville.
