FCO Spotting Areas

Tue Apr 06, 2010 12:39 pm

I'll be going to Rome later this week. Does anyone know if there are any viewing areas or places to spot at FCO?

Unless legislation has changed (recently), spotting at all Italian airports is forbidden.
But, have a look into section "Other spotting locations" in FCO" target="_blank">http://www.spotterswiki.com/index.php?title=FCO

- Is this recent?

I went spotting to FCO & MXP about 4 years ago, never had an issue so long as I refrained from taking pictures.

BTW - FCO sucks for spotting, too much hard work and few landside places to view from.
