Jet Blue And The New Crew Travel Number?

Wed Apr 07, 2010 2:40 am

As a F/A, Jet Blue was the first airline to allow F/A jump seat travel in the US. Since, many other airlines in the US have granted such rights for F/A to other airlines. Now since B6 has changed over to a new res system, and having the new number for crew travel, and knowing I can't call res (since they can't book it any longer.) Why is it that I sit on hold for over 20 min+ to get listed for a flight? AA usually takes 3-5 min. With the fact that B6 F/A's have to call a number to list for OA's. I'm sure they don't have to sit on hold as long. Pilots please join in just in case B6 is watching.

I think they are going through some teething pains with the transition to Sabre. But it has been several months now.
