Question About Emirates

Mon Apr 19, 2010 5:49 pm

Hey everyone,

I will be flying Emirates from AMS to BNE over BXB in July. As I was searching some info on their in-flight services, I was surprised to read that they offer power sources for laptops in economy class on Wikipedia. I just wanted to check if this is true, if any of you have flewn Emirates and would be willing to answer my question, thanks in advance

I will be flying B777.

Yes, it's true.   Only some of the non-ER 777's don't have it on all seats. I pressume you will be flying on a 77L for AMS-DXB and on a 77W for DXB-BNE so you should be fine. Have a nice flight!

If you get EK434, it'll still be an A345, which has no power points. But yes, the 77Ws will. There is a power point in between 2 seats, making 7 power points per row.
It's all about the destination AND the journey.

Thanks for the info, I was also able to find it myself on the Emirates website after a little more intense search. Turns out I do indeed have power sources Big grin
