Jet Airways Seat Selection

I'll be flying them to India in a few months and wanted to be sure I got a good seat (I did DXB to ATL in a middle and it was not fun). Apparently you can't select seats over the internet when you're flying Jet. I've been waiting on the phone with them for a while (ten minutes) now, but I guess high call volume due to their BRU disruptions probably has lines backed up. I just don't understand why a full-service airline wouldn't have this capability, especially if they're able to do it at a counter or call center. What GDS do they use?
