Why Is Expedia Cheaper Than Air France Today?

Mon Aug 16, 2010 7:34 am

Never mind, just googled and found How Is It That Expedia Is Cheaper Than AA.com? (by Divemaster08 Jun 27 2009 in Civil Aviation) lol  Smile

I am just waiting until wednesday to get the final money in...been looking at the AF website for a month and it was the best price over virgin and now american too.

But the dates and prices are catching up and what was £1090 is now £1200 or cheaper with dodgy times.

I see now that Expedia is cheaper for those dates, in fact matching what the fare was on AF a week ago.

Do expedia really make much money if they only bought the ticket at a week ago prices and sell me the same price?

Also is it safe to buy off them?

Yes, definitely. You'll get a PNR which you'll be able to use on the airlines website pretty quickly.

Thanks NQY Guy, sorry for the late reply, that'll be good then   I read they just change the name on their ticket and give me it, I guess that's the PNR, I'm guessing it means the e-ticket number, which hopefully I can just go on air france website with
