AA107 LHR - JFK Cancelled - Why?

Wed Nov 17, 2010 6:45 pm

Was just browsing through Flightstats and found this flight to be cancelled.

Anyone know why? Weather or other problems?

Aircraft went out of service last night at JFK, cancelling flight 132 JFK-LHR. That a/c was to operate today's 107 LHR-JFK.

Thank you for the reply

Do you know what was wrong with the aircraft, and possibly the registration?

A/C was N778AN, went OTS in MIA with a fuel leak on RH eng. this bird was supposed to fly 614/16NOV MIA-JFK (subbed with a 757) 132/16 JFK-LHR and 107/17 LHR - JFK.
All the proper patches are attached and she is flying..went to DFW today and tomorrow will go to FRA.

Just wondering, how do you know the schedules for the aircraft?
