Well, just last night my connecting flight was delayed over two hours from PHL
. I really wasn't too upset, other than the flight was now due to touch down at 1:00 am. But there were many, many other pax who for various reasons (mx, weather, traffic) missed their connections at the US PHL
hub. I was astonished by the hostility of the gate agents and customer service agents. No wonder US came in last in the recent Consumer Reports survey.
