Yes it does which makes arriving a bit earlier more important.
A bit, traffic can actually get a bit busy with its one runway operations and a decent amount of passenger and GA
traffic mixed in. Also in the summer thunderstorms are always possible but usually wont last more then 20-30min.
Flight departs at 14:30 I would say 2 hours should be safe. Lines can get a bit long and sometimes pre-clearance can take a lot of time. But it all depends. There is not much to do in NAS
just one big waiting area with a few shops, views are not great but there is some very interesting traffic there. 2 hours is what I would do especially if you are checking in bags.
