Does anybody know what the process is using Asia Miles to upgrade segments to J or F on CX flights?
Is it an immediate thing where your upgrade is processed as soon as you request? Or is it like QF where they acknowledge your request but don't tell you whether you have got it until the day of the flight?
Also, will 1 hour be enough transit time in HKG going from a CX to CX flight? Their website says I'll need to go through security - is this likely to be a long wait?
