Human Factors Research

Thu Jun 23, 2011 9:40 am

Fellow Airliners-fans,

I am a Human Factors in Aeronautics student from Cranfield University. I am posting this here with permission because I know your cooperation would be of tremendous help.

I am interested in the topic of perceived Safety Culture among commercial airline pilots in relation to Organizational Commitment.
I've already had a great amount of responses from pilot professionals all over the world, including Austria, the USA, Europe, India, Malaysia, Canada, Indonesia, Morocco, etc. Join the professionals and tell me about your job!

You can find the link to my questionnaire here: http://surveys.nlr-atsi.nl/?e=17483&h=B39A507772B93CA&l=en
The questionnaire will take no longer than 15 minutes and naturally your details will remain confidential.

Many thanks in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Selma.

P.s. If anyone of you flies for Ryanair, EasyJet, Southwest, etc., you and your colleagues are underrepresented in my research so far. If you could find the time to have a say, please do, it will be grately appreciated!

Pilots, you can fly, but can you take science to a higher level?

I still need over 200 airline professionals for my research, so have a look at http://surveys.nlr-atsi.nl/?e=17483&h=B39A507772B93CA&l=en
