I wonder if this has happened to anyone else or if anyone knows what I can do. I'm flying out to LIN on EI this Saturday, & coming home again with EI from MXP on Sunday. I checked in online for the LIN flight no problem, selected & paid for seats on BOTH flights, but when I try to check in for the MXP - DUB flight, it just says "cannot be completed at this time". I contacted the "reservations department" which was basically a recording telling me to print my boarding pass @ the airport. Fine, but will I still get my seat that I paid for?! Very annoying, I wanted to talk to an actual real person, & I couldn't find an email address even just for general enquiries.
It's so silly in these days of more convenience we just tangle ourselves up even more!
Anyone any ideas?
