MUC-KUL Which To Choose?

Planning a trip to Viet Nam via Malaysia and would like to have the input of experienced travellers  

MUC-KUL on WY or QR, with WY slightly better connection at their home-base and fare...

Period is 15jan-05feb2012.

100% Oman Air. If you're in Y it is a little better, and MCT is a more interesting place to see/convenient airport to change at. If in J then the benefits of WY go so far beyond that....

Oman Air without a doubt. They are vastly superior to Qatar, the hub is easier to get through, the people are friendlier, the aircraft are cleaner, the food is better. Seriously, Oman Air.

I was looking at WY for my trip to KUL from ZRH but chose TK to IST and MH from IST to KL as the flight times are more convenient. Like this I get miles for my FF programme on LX as I am booked under a TK flight no on MH. WY came with similar J class fares after I booked with TK. Oh well. However I have heard that WY is really great. I would have flown with them, if their fare would have been published at the time I booked my TK/MH trip.
