I assume all military bomber / fighter aircraft are excluded here ?
(Loudest flying in that category likely would be a Harrier in hover or a B1-B Lancer on take off ...)

There was a period when RAF Gütersloh was closed for refurb and the RAF moved its operations to GAF Wunstorf. Was quite loud in the garden while sunbathing, but those were the times ...
Tu-154's have a distinct sound that stands out, even though it is not too loud.
