It's funny looking at the submission. It reveals how young most A.net users are.

I'm somewhere in the middle, I think.

(By the way, I love the above poster's reference to the "McDonald Douglas" series. Well put.)

RE: Aircraft You Have Flown On?

Boeing
707 (AA)
717-200 (FL, Qantas, YX)
727-200* (AA, CO, DL, NW, TW, UA, US, PSA)
737-(all variants except -100) (AA, AS, CO, DL, HP, UA, US, WN, Qantas, Piedmont, Air South, AirCal, Fly Globespan)
747-100 (AA)
747-400 (BA, LH, UA, Qantas)
757-200 (AA, BA, CO, DL, HP, TW, US)
757-300 (CO)
767 (not sure which variants) (AA, DL, UA)
777 (AA, BA, UA)

McDonnell-Douglas
DC-8** (UA)
DC-9/MD-80 (several variants)(AA, CO, DL, NW, US)

Airbus
A310 (LH)
A319 (US, EasyJet)
A320 (B6, IB, LH, UA, US, USA 3000)
A321 (US)

Others
BAE-146** (PSA, UA Express, Qantas)
Canadair CRJ-200 (Skywest, as DL and UA)
Canadair CRJ-700 (AS)
Canadair CRJ-900 (US Express)
Cessna Caravan (Maya Island Air, Tropic Air)
Convair 580 (Golden Gate)
DHC-7 (Golden Gate)
DHC-8-200 (US Express)

Lockheed L-1011** (DL, TW)
Piper Navajo (IIRC, can't remember airline, was Ukiah-SFO in 1976)
Saab 340 (AA)
Sikorsky S-76 (Helijet)

* - some may have been the -200 Advanced, I'm not sure
** - not sure of variants

My main gap on the US side is the MD widebodies - never flown on a DC-10 or an MD-11. Also missing the 720, the 737-100, and some DC-8 variants, only flew on a DC-8 once when I was 11.

Was supposed to fly on an A330 ATL-JFK on DL last year, but Delta cancelled the flight and I wound up on another 767, dammit.

And biggest disappointment - no Soviet-era birds.
