Fri Dec 09, 2011 8:40 am

I was just on my iPhone and received and alert from my FlightAware app. British Airways flight 272 from San Diego, CA (SAN) to London, England (LHR) was diverted to Chicago, Illinois (ORD). I attempted to do some research with no
Luck. Any thoughts?

There have been about 3 diversions since the start of the route. All diversions within the Chicago area. I would simply assume fuel is most of the diversion costs. They were flying over a snow storm during the diversion.
