Q: Alitalia At YYZ: Terminal 1 Or 3?

Thu Dec 22, 2011 12:03 pm

Hi,

I'm a little confused as to what terminal Alitalia operates out of Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ). Could someone provide me the answer?

Their website is saying Terminal 1:

http://www.alitalia.com/CA_EN/your_t...avel/organize/to_local_airport.htm

The GTAA website sais Terminal 3:

http://www.torontopearson.com/en/flights/airlines-destinations/#

Normally I would just tend to take the airline's word for it, but the confusing part is that all airlines in Skyteam seem to operate out of Terminal 3 at YYZ. So which one is it? I also read that their ticketing office is at Terminal 1.

Thanks

Vio

Prior to this summer Alitalia operated from Terminal 1, however they moved this year to Terminal 3.

So as of now, all flights Alitalia flights operate in to and out of Terminal 3.

The airline has probably just not got around to updating their website.
