Looks like Jeffy S. and the guys and gals at United have decided to open an online FYI website that will let you know everything you ever wanted to know about the merger and the new United, but were afraid to ask. There is also an interactive forum to address concerns in customer service, general knowledge and just plain banter about the new United. As far as I know, this is the only airline in the world with a dedicated website like this. Check it out and share your opinions !!!!
I think this is a great step in the right direction from a P.R. standpoint. Hopefully it will pan out into showing that the new United is a caring company that is concerned about the welfare of its customers, the happiness of their workers, and the soundness of their company as an investment.
Despite all the negative nellies out there who see nothing but bad in this merger, I see a real effort to change the culture and improve the product and grow the company. The verdict is out on Jeffy S. and his officers, but I have been impressed so far.
