Very difficult...

In the past, the master of these landings was debonair (see my user-name). We used to fly to the shortest runway available- unfrotunately, most airports have extended their runways now a days.
The most difficult were Pontoise - Cormeilles-en-Vexin, Mönchengladbach (1440m) and Perugia San Egidio Airport.

Caticlan in the Philippines must be about the shortest, if not the shortest, at 810m. Asian Spirit flew the BAe 146-100 between there and Manilla for a bit; the type couldn't land when the runway at Caticlan was wet and it could only take 56 passengers tops. The seats not needed were removed to save weight and pax could only carry 10kg of hold luggage plus a small hand bag. I was lucky enough to fly it and the take off was one hell of an experience.

I think some member of 146 family was in ILZ once or twice on a charter. The runway is a bit longer at 1130m, but there is significant terrain all around, and steeper approach (3,5/4,5).

It also was demonstrated at LCY pre-extension, although I am not sure how long the runway was then, looks about 1000m-ish to me.

RC (Atlantic, Faroe Islands) fly their BAe146 into RKV rwy31/13 instead of rwy1/19 from time to time. It's just around 1200m and the approach is all over sea, there are maybe 30-40 meters from the sea to the runway end. (I practice football on a football pitch between the coast and the airport in the summer, great seeing various planes come 20ft over your head! Saw some Gulfstreams, the RC BAe and of course NY DH8s and F50s there last summer.) 31, on the other hand, is just ahead of a hill called Oskjuhlid and the approach is really steep, so that gives you less runway to use.

Vagar Airport in the Faroe Islands was 1250m long according to wikipedia. Regularly sees Avros.... It seems the runway has completed the lengthening process, but Avros operated even on the shorter runway.

LCY used to be 1080m, but the Avro never operated on the shorter runway since Avro production started when LCY's runway was lengthened. 146s maybe but I'd guess not... of course I don't know first hand.

Vagar was my first thought... But there's some other places with short runways no doubt.

2007 for sure, but maybe parts of 2006 and 2008 as well. Pretty much the whole time they had the 141 it made a couple of trips a day to Caticlan, in good weather that is.
