I probably have a stupid question, but wanted to check it out here since its more aircraft related.
I'm flying from JFK-SYD,by way of SFO on United. In searching for the elusive "perfect" economy seat (LOL). I had the idea from someones trip report about getting the window seat in the last row of two-seaters on the plane. Whoever it was wrote that they were able to squeeze out behind the row from the space between the wall and seat. For those familiar with this plane,is this possible?? I'm fairly petite.I usually go for aisle seats, but like the idea of being able to do this from a window seat and also have the extra storage space that seatguru claims it has....
I've also had feedback that the window of the second two seater is a good seat, due to extra legroom. I dont plan on purchasing E+ at this point,I'm only 5'2 so dont think the legroom will matter enough to me to fork out $150. Also,my hope is to find an area where I can have an empty seat beside me and stretch out....long shot,I know!!!! Short of this, that is why I thought that that last window seat might be a good option.
Any feedback is welcome!!! Also, any feedback on this particular flight(SFo-SYD) is welcome!!!
