AA 199 Diversion To LHR January 30

Mon Jan 30, 2012 4:13 pm

Couldn't find a thread on this.

AA 199 landed in LHR earlier today (origin MXP). It is airborne again JFK bound.

Any reason for the diversion to LHR? Medical?

According to AA's website, the aircraft was on the ground at LHR for only 23 minutes.

Quoting nycbased (Thread starter):

AA 50 also diverted to JFK. It was enroute from DFW - LHR
Any hints as to why it diverted??
Ironically I'm going to be on that flight in a few weeks here.. xD
