A one-day pass gives one person (no guests) access to the Sky Club and all services. Assuming you are buying the standard $50 pass, you will have access to any Sky Club in the system, so you could try both clubs at MSP
if you wish.
The larger club is located at the entrance to Concourse F. This club has been renovated to the current Sky Club standard with lots of blues, whites, and contemporary furniture. The bar here is full service, which means you'll be dealing with the bartender whenever you want a drink.
The smaller club is located at the midpoint of Concourse C. This club is unchanged from when it was a Northwest WorldClub and features a warmer, more traditional decor. This club also has a self-serve bar, so you are free to pour yourself whatever you want.
The food selections will be the same at both clubs and are nothing more than snacks - cheese and crackers, carrots and celery, cookies, nuts, etc.
I can't offer any first-hand experience of the views from either club, so hopefully someone else can help you with that. Or, take my suggestion and try both clubs.
