Sorry if this the wrong forum. I was wondering if anyone who works for United can help me out with this.
I'm currently working overseas and for some reason I cannot access my itinerary (return ticket) on United.com, it worked just fine when I first got the ticket, however, I haven't been able to access it after I missed a connection in Chicago and the gate agent made the necessary changes so I could get on the next flight. Well, I don't know if that is the reason or it's just a huge coincidence, but I even called customer service and they said they couldn't access it either.
How is that possible? I can see it on my account, but I get an error everytime I click on any of the options (View, View/change seats, more, etc)..
