As to the reviews, Lufthansa isn't that much bigger than BA to be honest (not counting Lufthansa group) and as mentioned above English wouldn't be the first language of many that travel LH.

I'd imagine that more than 50% of LH's customers don't have English as their first language.

I spend a lot of time here is Germany, and a lot of the Germans over 50 have very little fluency in English
Oh come on. These are big international carriers and anyway wouldn't that put the English speaking airlines at a huge disadvantage considering what a widely used site Skytrax is ?
One more thing....
What sort of web site publishes a LH
review from an economy passenger that recommends the airline after a flight on an old 747-400 with no inflight entertainment and at the same time publishes a BA
review from an economy passenger that doesn't recommend the airline after a flight on brand new 777-300 ?
Both airlines scored well for cabin service by the way in these two particular reviews.
English/German whatever.....now that is selective. The person gave BA
high points for everything but decided to just not recommend them anyway ?? And Skytrax chose to publish it !
Where do they get these people for the BA
reviews ? Lol
Flying is like sex - I've never had all I wanted but occasionally I've had all I can stand.
