Taking Plane Train To ATL Concourse F Question

Sun Jul 01, 2012 1:14 pm

On July 18, I have a four hour connection at ATL. To use my spare time at ATL, I am going to take the Plane Train to Concourse F to see what it is like.

However, I have a question: If I take the Plane Train to Concourse F, do I have to exit security when I arrive at F? I presume not, but I just would like to make sure.

No you don't. It's just like any other terminal...just take the escalator upstairs and you're in the middle of F.

Thanks. I plan on recording videos of the ride to the Plane Train at F, as well as recording the elevators at F (made by Schindler I believe).

Be forewarned that neither is anything special. The walk from E to F is kind of cool, though.

Actually, the ride on The Plane Train from E to F is probably the best part of the ride, since you get to see the inner workings of the system.

Believe me, it's not all that memorable. I've done it.
