What To Expect From Mesa?

Sat Jul 28, 2012 10:51 am

Dear All

I've flown, I think all of the US Regional airlines, with the exception of Mesa. By happy coincidence, my flight from IAD-OKC on 7 August was changed from G7 to YV.

Should I expect anything in particular, or just typical RJ service?

Oh that sucks on the change from Go Jet.

I equate RJ flying to various forms of torture, with YV being at the top. Change your schedule immediately!

Yeah, the G7 crews are always really nice. Constant water refills, etc.

Unfortunately, I can't change the schedule. Especially since I get to fly on LH's 748 on the way to IAD!

It actually wasn't too bad. Save the fact that the CR7 was old and dirty inside. The F/As were very friendly and I gave them some Austrian chocolate. Much better than I was expecting. The only problem was the old CR7.

I've flown an YV CR7 from ATL to ORD a few years ago, on UA Express. The UA gate-agent put us in Y+ which was a nice start. The YV crew we're quite friendly and it was a good flight!
