With the cabin upgrades on AA's new aircraft and their aim to be a premium airline, could we see "(fleet type) Luxury Liner" return to the livery?
I want to see it make a comeback. It showed that AA took pride in the aircraft they operated and wanted people to know it, with the titles being in a place that would be easily seen from the gate. They have been advertising that they will have the youngest fleet in the near future, so why not do the same for the hard product? Maybe it will help spark an interest in aviation for some people with the fleet type right there by the nose. As a youngster in the days before the internet, it helped me learn which planes were which. So much so that originally, I thought every commercial aircraft was a "Luxury Liner" (except MD-80's. those were just Super).
At the very least, could we see it on the 77W's and the transcon A321's?
