Ever Gotten A Reply From FlightDiary?

Sun Nov 25, 2012 1:01 pm

Hi guys!

I have had some issues with my Flightdiary account and the transfer of flight data.
I have sent them a few emails so far but have not received any reply.
Is this normal? What are your experiences?

I contacted them about a missing airport and got a reply almost exactly 3 months later.

Well, then there's still some hope. lol

I find their contact interface to be quite unsatisfactory.

Their free website is vastly superior to what MyFlightMemory offers, minus the missing plane name option.
The membership portion of MFM isn't all that hot either to be honest, that's why I haven't renewed my membership after four years.

It usually takes them awhile to get back to you. It took several months for them to add Shuttle by United to the database.
