Strange Seat Availability On Etihad

Fri Feb 15, 2013 3:21 pm

Hi all,

Last night I booked some flights on Etihad Airways. Me and a partner are going on a holiday to Thailand. Everything seemed fine until seat reservation. The routing is;

AMS-UAH-BKK on A332/B773
BKK-UAH-AMS on A773/A332
BKK-HKT-BKK on Bangkok Airways A320

Seat availability is the same on all flights. Only certain rows available on the C-E-G and H seats. Does this mean a low LF and a attempt to spread the passengers over the plane? It's not possible to book seats next to each other this way. I included a screenshot of the availability on the A330.

Furthermore, any recommendations in either one of these places?

Thanks for reading!
