Survey - Customer Loyalty In The Airline Industry

Dear a.net-friends, I would appreciate if you could help me to conduct a survey about customer loyalty in the airline industry for my thesis. I hope my response on the survey is helpful. I responded based on loyalty to 2 specific airlines, one in which I hold top tier status from flying 100K+ miles per year, and because both treat me well and demonstrate an appreciation for my business.
watch what you want. you may get it.

All done, but I was disappointed to see that Qantas Frequent Flyer wasn't a listed option

Just completed the survey, which I generally found to be well-constructed.

However, I think punctuality is a much more relevant differentiator than safety record, so I mentioned this in the comments box.

All the best with the thesis, and I hope, the award of an academic qualification somewhere down the line!

Survey completed but I have a suggestion : why didn't you add a "premium economy" within your travel classes?
I travel in this class all the time. As it is not Business, I checked Economy in your survey
Flying is amazing!

Done. One note, perhaps quantify "cheaper price" a bit, I'll consider price but for me it has to be a significant percentage (say 10% or more, or at least $100). I won't change for a $5 price difference.

I copied the list from internet. I had a few problems with that already. Israel been added, but I had to put it at the end of the list because it would move the countries around. Sorry about that.

Hi - just completed the survey - my 3 biggest factors are schedule; space [I'm 6'3/1.9m and broad shouldered] and price.
