3 types of club world seats - regular; club city [A318s]; and mid haul [A321s] - there may be even 4 types as I am not sure whether the long haul 767s have the same J seats as the other Boeing widebodies.
The 767s have the old style ClubWorld flatbed seats (the ones BA
calls "original seats") and should be in the process of getting a revised version of these. As far as my understanding goes they chose a revised version of the old seats vs. the latest Club World seats because the new ones would not fit as well on the 767s.
With the latest Club World seats I did not experience almost any difference between the 772, 77W and the 744 (maybe the seats on the 77W were slightly better because newer).
The A321s with the ClubWorld class actually have seats similar to what Swiss or Delta (on 767s) have. Actually i have never seen one of those, so correct me if I am wrong. The A318s have yet different seats, so ultimately there are indeed 4 types of seats (two of which are the same family) in the Club World family
