Who Has The Highest Number Of Flights?

Sat May 18, 2013 2:27 pm

Sorry if it's been discussed before...

I know it's a different question to answer but I'd love to know it!!!
Share our number of flights would be a nice idea to me, what do you think? And probably we could have a chance to get the answer..

I start: so far I've flown 109th times and I've booked 30 flights still to fly in this year!!!

Here you can find the map of past and future flights: http://flightdiary.net/Coratella

Share yours as well!!!!!!

Hi,

Mine is only 247 currently, with at least 14 to go this year. I'm sure most on this site have more than me. I'm only 15 though, so I have enough time to get them!

My FD profile: www.flightdiary.net/North2south

Btw, I think this thread should probably be moved to the Travel, Polls & Prefs forum. Mods?

Ha, SRQKEF, "only" 247+14 flights at 15! I'm a year older and only have 50 flights on my FD... (http://flightdiary.net/jiggyb2). I think the distance flown makes up for it; My family sort of likes distant holidays!   How have you managed to get on so many flights!?
I have flown on... C152 B733 B734 B737 B738 B744 B752 B753 B762 B763 B772 A319 A320 A321 A332 A333 A346 A388

Amazing!!! I guess you're a pilot since you have flown Lufthansa Cargo as well.... Or was it a low cost flight?

Shouldn't this thread be in the polls section?

Quoting jiggyb2 (Reply 2):

Hehe, well my dad is a former executive at Icelandair (now works as an aircraft lessor) so I get alot of flights on them. Actually, over 50% of my flights have been aboard FI. Hoping to reduce that percentage as I want to try new airlines but still, FI will always be my favorite airline as on my 130+ flights I've never had a bad experience.
Also, driving on vacations other than domestic isn't possible as we Icelanders are way out in sea and not close to any country. You in Britain can just cross a tunnel and you're in mainland Europe.

Quoting flyforever (Reply 4):

Yes Wilco is a LH pilot.

Sveinn

Yeah, I am a pilot. Used to fly for LH cargo as well, but now on 744/ 748. That explains the many flights. Private is a lot less than that number.

Anyway, here's mine: 166 flights so far.

I'm also 15 and have been recording flights since October 2010. I've logged 69 flights since then (flying 1 today and 1 tomorrow and will almost certainly be flying around 10 more this year).

I'm currently at 582, excluding some 100 general aviation and glider flights which I am due to add to flightmemory...

http://my.flightmemory.com/Loran

Also got a photologbook:

http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?album=20290

Regards,
Loran

EDIT: Maybe to answer your original question, if I compare myself to all other flyightmemory users, I can see the following max values:
Number of flights: 11'976
Distance: 19.7m kms
Duration: 25'822 hrs

Not sure if all three values are from the same person, but amazingly these are 3 years airborne time!

Btw, I'm flying into OKC where a tornado just hit it last night. Airport was closed until 3 hrs ago. Anybody know what to expect upon arrival? Also, RIP to the victims.

879 sectors flown so far. All of them as passenger.

For those who want to have a scrollable map - and one that may be filtered for many aspects, openflights.org might be a site to consider. Only a few "trips" maintained yet.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to fly a lot since I started logging my flights at age 16. I tried figuring out all +/- 100 flights before then, but it was a hopeless mission. So I decided it would be better to have a complete record from my 16th birthday on in stead of having bits and pieces of my previous flights mixed in their as well.

If it ain't Dutch, it ain't much.

3,807 flights as of today. About half of them as cabin crew I guess, flying lots and lots of LH A320s, 747s, A330. My passenger flights are much more fun to look at in the logbook...
And able to add, very much to my delight, that flight number 3,805, just two days ago, was on a Boeing 737-200 that was virtually falling apart...

Luckily it apparently was not physically falling apart - at least not during flight.

I'm about to leave tonight on an 11 sector trip tonight, taking 2013 up to 40 leisure flights in 6 months since January.
81,431mi/131,051km so far. I anticipate another 20-25 flights worth another 40000km before the year is through, but I haven't booked yet.

Total mileage is in another post previously posted. It's probably just as well that I don't travel for anything more than amusement/vacation.

For some reason I didn't start logging my flights until 2011, so I have "only" 396 so far, with another 50+ planned between now and the end of the year (I get to set my schedule ahead several months, but changes do happen of course).
