US Airways 1933 Diverts Back To PHL?

Wed Jan 08, 2014 3:11 am

Does anyone know why US Airways flight 1933 to Saint Lucia (TLPL) diverted back to PHL about fifteen minutes after departing?
The flight circled for a good hour before finally landing:

Once the plane landed the ATC asked what the "breaking action" was like and the pilot responded "fair", then he was told to continue to gate A11.
@ 15:30:

Also, this doesn't appear to be a regularly scheduled flight...
