My longest by distance was ORF (Norfolk, VA) -IAH
on a ERJ-145. I had an A seat though, which is not bad at all.
Longest flight time was GSP
on an ERJ-145 (I think…I know it was some sort of ERJ). We had very strong headwinds, and IIRC, the flight was over 4 hours. The flight crew told us we would probably have to divert to MOB
for fuel, but thankfully, we never had to. At one point we encountered turbulence, and we were told that climbing over the turbulence would take too much fuel and that we would have to put up with the bumps. While deplaning, I asked the pilot how much fuel we had left, and he said about 15 minutes before we hit the reserves.
We missed our connection, but my 8 friends and I eventually made it to Mexico.
Longest prop ride was EWR
-ORF on a Q400.
I don't think I've been on a CRJ longer than a couple hours. I try to avoid those as much as possible. The ERJs are much better, particularly on the single seat side.
