If their seat map on their website is anything to go by, both flights are sold out and 99.5% full.

Don't know how a sold out flight can have available seats on the seat map but thats how it is.
Let's fly! Unless it's on a CRJ 200, then I'll stay down here.

Easy. Someone is ticketed, but has no seat assignment. Can happen for any number of reasons; codeshare issues with seating, someone holding out for an aisle or window if only middles are available, someone forgot to pick a seat, etc
