Identify Falcon 20 Thingy

Can anyone help explain what these gizmos are on the Captain's side panel, that look like little throttles?
Just forward of the side air vent.

One is for foot air and the other for air to the windshield. It was supposed to be hot but all it ever did for me was make a lot of noise and blow not so warm air on my feet.

Yeah, like a defogger. It was obnoxiously loud to the point it was distracting because you couldn't hear the radio, even when wearing David Clark headsets. If you were wearing a uniform you'd be covered in black dust specks. The 727 had a similar setup and the same thing would happen getting covered in dust. I forgot about those things until you posted this!
