Company Operations Frequencies

Fri Apr 28, 2000 8:10 am

Is there any way to find out about major airports' airline radio frequencies through the internet? Is there any web site providing that information?

Thanks in advance for any answer.

You won't find airline ops frequecies on any charts.
All I can tell you is that in my region most of them are between 131.00 and 131.97 MHz.
That area covers Venezuela all the way through to Miami and Atlanta.

Hope you find some.........

I don't know an an internet site that publishes that data.
If you have access to a common US radio store, they have several books used by SCANNERS that list these frequencies.

If you want to listen to traffic between the airline station and an incoming / outgoing flight, you are not going to hear much. Many airlines are converting to ACRS which automatically reports the information the flight crew once called in manually.

The airline company frequencies are all between 129.000 and 132.000 MHZ.
A better choice may be to listen to Ground Control from any local airport. From there you may pick up other frequencies that may be of interest to you.
Ground control frequencies are always one (or more for very large airportrs) of the following:
121.65
121.7
121.75
121.8
121.85
121.9
These frequencies are usually busy and can provide some interesting listening.
Good luck.

At major airports, many airline operations can be heard in the following frequency range: 460.65-460.875MHz(25KHz spacing) I would set my scanner to scan between those parameters. Goodluck, hope this helps....

Someone's got a frequency of 130.25 on the road north of Birmingham, AL. I think it may be Delta's ATL freq.

P.S. At least, that's what it sounded like.

Delta ATL Ops

Here are some of DL's ops freqs in ATL:
pax services 128.875
special assist 129.375
Delta maintenance 129.375 and/or 129.675
Ramp 1 control 129.675 and/or 130.675

I may have confused the last two, but those should give you some results whenever you're in the Atlanta area.
