Thick Glasses?

Hi I have thick Glasses and I have heard alot of rumors. Can someone settle my question? Can I be an airline pilot?

United's requirement is vision correctable to 20/20.

Correctable means WITH glasses to 20/20 or Without glasses to 20/20?

Sorry to be a little vague. What it means is you have to have 20/20 vision somehow (with glasses, contacts, surgery, or luck, whatever).
