L-1011 Sliced In Half...

Tue Feb 20, 2001 4:13 pm

I was looking at "The Lighter Side" here on airliners.net when I saw a photo of a Tristar. This Tristar, an ex Rich International bird, was jaggedly cut in half and was in horrible shape.  Angry What plane is this, and how long has it been like this?

Actually I don't think that those photos are real... Look at the United DC-10 I won't imagine it flying under the Golden Gate Bridge. They're probably made up.

The L-1011 in the picture may be N313EA msn1020 being broken up in Miami in 1998.
