APU-FADEC's

Are APU's fitted with Fadec and if so on which one's?

Yes, you could say APU's are FADEC controlled. Even the 747 Classic could be said to have a crude ECU, but in this case it is called an ETC, Electronic Turbine Control. All modern airliners will be so fitted.

.. and yes again,
Airbus calls these APU FADECs the Electronic Control Box (ECB)
which has full authority on the auxiliary unit.

Ditto for the CRJ, the APU has it's own dedicated ECU. Besides normal starting and shut-down, the unit is totally autonomous.
