Are Indian Airlines really retrofitting standard main gear onto their original A320s?
A significant number of Indian Airline's A320 fleet now are second-hand aircraft, and as such never had the double-bogey maingear. This seems to be the reason so many IC
A320s are pictured with standard landing gear.
I can't find any shots in the database of an aircraft that has been converted, all the original VT
-EP_ and VT
_ registered aircraft are pictured with double-bogey maingear, while the second-hand VT
-EV_ registered planes retain the standard setup.
