What are the documents (or sheets) that the crew usually recives before boarding?

ususally it's the flight plan, local and en-route weather (both graphic and non-graphic), Notice To Airmen (NOTAMS), Notification to Captain (NOTOC, for hazmat), and load sheets.

At least that's what I give our crew!

Flight plan (fuel consumption for various enroute points)
ATC flight plan filing
Dispatch release (usually combined with the 2 above in one document)
Weather package (METARs/TAFs/SIGMETs/NOTAMs/ and winds aloft, plus almost anything else)
HAZMAT notifications
Weight and balance, aka. load sheet
Authorization forms for any cockpit jumpseat riders
14.5 pounds of various forms for international flights  Big grin
