767 Sag

Sat Aug 31, 2002 10:03 am

Do any of you who work around 767s (763s in particular) notice the plane looks as if it's sagging in the rear when it's fully loaded?

Kind of like a pickup truck carrying a moderately heavy payload.

All 763s I work with go out with the front full of pallets and the rear with full baggage cans, most of the time, maybe those of you who don't work with charter 767s don't see this. Just wondering if anyone had an answer.

The -300 sits tail low anyway, but our company tries to aft load the C of G for efficiency.
