Always wanted to know if an aircraft wanting to do aerobatics between altitudes of 2000 ft to 5000 ft with a high rate of ascent and descent then how would the pilot switch from tower frenquency to approach/departure frequency. Because this would be extremely anoying having to switch from tower to departures all the time during a constant high rate of ascent or descent.
If an aircraft plans to do extreme up and down manuevers and lets say hes at an altitude now at 1500 feet and plans to go up at a very high ascent to 6000 feet were they usually switch off to departure freq. and come down at a very fast rate of descent then do they switch over to tower or remain on departure freq. if the pilot decides to do this constantly. Would the pilot be swithing back and forth from tower and departure frequency? That would be too hectic to switch all the time No?????
