Anyone Done An Internship?

Tue Feb 25, 2003 12:30 pm

Does anyone have any experience with NWA internships? I am currently working on my resume and cover letter and could use a little insight toward anything that would better my chances.

On internships in general, what kinds of flight time did you list?

What do you believe they are looking for most. My guess is hard work, leadership, honesty, and a genuine attachment to aviation.

Any help here is greatly appreciated!

Thanks again for the help guys..

I looked into some internships, but they were only taking people from certain schools.

I would prioritize those qualities as follows:
1. Honesty (above all)
2. Hard worker
3. Genuine attachment to aviation
4. Leadership

although they're all important.

Delta and ASA, among others. Just go to each airline's website and type in "Internship" or "Co-op" in their search feature and it should bring up something.
