If you send me an E-mail I send you a copy of the layout I'm currently using on mine.

I'm not sure how much help a Resume from the U.S. will help.
Here it's taboo to send a resume thats more than 1 page. So we have to cram as much ink on the page as we can, and still keep it looking neat. Thats not always easy to do.

Same answer as Sinlock but ...
If you're going to mail the resume, keep it to one high impact page.
If you're posting it on line then you need to get all the information you can into it. The more the better. My old one pager didn't get me any calls but now I have a three page chronological and it's attracted, on average, three calls a week. Headhunters use search engines to find qualified candidates and those tools don't care how long it is. You need to use proper titles and nouns not adjectives (i.e. supervisor and manager instead of supervised and managed). List the aircraft you've worked on and the skills you can document. List all your technical training and specific certifications.
One more very important thing; DO NOT put any certificate or license numbers in any searchable document.
One may educate the ignorance from the unknowing but stupid is forever. Boswell; ca: 1533

Hi
Abhi.
In Mumbai.Jet Airways may have requirements for AMEs holding DGCA licences A & C on B737-400/700/800s & AMTs with BAMEC in Cat A & C,as quite a few AMTs have left for Emirates recently.
At Air Sahara,no recruitment at Mumbai.
At Blue Dart Aviation,no recruitment at Mumbai.
At IAC & AI,Recruitments are through applications in response to a Bulk recruitment drive which is unlikely at the moment.

There is a rumour of an East West Airlines relaunch with Airbus orders during Dubai 2003.And Re Named Modiluft called Royal Airways might be commencing ops soon.
As soon as there is an Ad for Engineers & Pilots, one would know.as DGCA requirements state amongst others each Airline needs to satisfy DGCA on having Adequate no of Tech & Ops staff prior to Importing Aircrafts.

Currently Indian Aviation[ Airlines] is not booming.
