Anybody know why use of cell phones is NOT permitted during taxi or at the gate on only the AA A300-600?

After spending more than a million bucks trying to get the procedure certified on all AA aircraft, the A300s still have a problem with some cell phones interferring with the aircraft's internal communication system. It has become a low priority issue since all indications are that the only way to "fix" the "problem" is to completely rewire the aircraft.

Apparently no "problems" found with Boeing products and the multitude of cell phones available.  Nuts
