I would say that is a sticker...lot of detail there. Anyone out there that can confirm it?

On a private plane I´d say it is a airbrush job by an expert spray painter (very expensive!). But on a commercial I´d rather think its a decal.

Well, I'm sure it's been asked dozens of times... but how do Frontier do their tails?

Ikarus...
The tails on F9 are decals (26 pieces total= 2x13 each side) printed on 3M vinyl.

how much does the sticker weight compared to the paint? which is better in terms of mx? (removal) with the stickers on our EMB-145s you can tell which aircraft are older, they're stickers are peeling or are worn away by wind.
