Random 737-200 Ques

Wed Jul 14, 2004 5:17 am

I have noticed on the -200 that the inner main landing gear tire has a slight tilt to it. What is the reason for this? Is it the same way on all 737s?

The plane was probably parked without taxiing straight for a couple of feet first. They should be straight unless the plane is really heavy then you will see a bit of tilt due to the axle bend.
