Timestamp, Meaning Of This?

I viewed a flight plan and it had what called a Time Stamp that looks like this below. What do all these numbers mean. Im assuming the first part is the day, but the rest I dont know.

Date and time stamps are used in a lot of businesses, government, etc. I presume that the 20 is the date, and the rest is hours, minutes, seconds. Don't forget, it could be Zulu time or some other standard time.
The primary function of the design engineer is to make things difficult for the manufacturer and impossible for the AME.

Could you please break it down for me. I would appreciate it. Or, is this correct below??

Day of Month= 20
Hour= 02
Minutes= 36
Seconds= 35

In UTC. Is this correct?

Well, I don't know if it's correct because I wasn't around when it was done. But it's a reasonable interpretation.

your're correct. that is the day and time (Z) that the flight plan was filed.
